YugaPe ("we", "our", "us") is a UPI payment link management platform operated as an individual proprietorship based in Bangalore, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services at yugape.in and go.yugape.in.

• Sellers: Email address, phone number, store name, UPI ID, and payment transaction history.
• Buyers: Name, phone number, and payment status associated with a specific payment link.
• Usage data: Browser type, device type, and pages visited for analytics purposes.

• To generate and manage UPI payment links on behalf of sellers
• To display payment status to buyers
• To send transactional communications via WhatsApp
• To improve our platform and user experience

4. UPI and Payment Data

YugaPe does not process, store, or have access to any UPI PIN, bank account credentials, or payment instrument details. All UPI transactions are completed directly between the buyer's UPI app and the seller's registered UPI ID. YugaPe only records payment status as reported by the seller.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Vercel / Netlify — our hosting provider
• Law enforcement if required by applicable Indian law

6. Data Retention

Seller account data is retained as long as the account is active. Payment records are retained for 3 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.
