Refund Policy

1. Nature of Transactions

YugaPe is a payment link management platform. We do not process, hold, or transfer payments. All transactions on YugaPe are peer-to-peer UPI payments made directly between buyers and sellers through NPCI's UPI infrastructure.

2. Refunds for Payments Made via YugaPe Links

Since YugaPe does not process or hold any funds:

  • Refund requests for payments made via a YugaPe payment link must be raised directly with the seller who created the link
  • YugaPe has no ability to initiate, process, or facilitate refunds for buyer-to-seller UPI transactions
  • For UPI transaction disputes, buyers should contact their bank or raise a dispute through their UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, etc.)

3. Refunds for YugaPe Subscription / Platform Fees

YugaPe is currently free to use. No platform fees are charged. When paid plans are introduced:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
  • Unused days in a billing period will not be refunded upon cancellation
  • Exceptions may be considered for technical failures on our end — contact us within 7 days

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a UPI payment was debited from your account but the transaction failed or was duplicated:

  • Banks typically auto-reverse failed UPI debits within 2–5 business days
  • Contact your bank or raise a dispute via your UPI app if the reversal does not occur
  • YugaPe can provide transaction ID records to assist your bank dispute — email us at hello@yugape.in
