1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YugaPe (yugape.in, go.yugape.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

YugaPe is a UPI payment link generation and tracking platform. We enable sellers to create payment links, share them with buyers, and track payment status. YugaPe does not process payments — all transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller through NPCI's UPI infrastructure.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate UPI ID and business information during registration
• You are solely responsible for verifying payments received in your UPI account
• You must not use YugaPe for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited transactions
• You are responsible for all transactions created under your account
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws including GST, income tax, and FEMA regulations

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Verify the payment amount and seller details before completing any UPI payment
• YugaPe is not responsible for payments made to incorrect UPI IDs
• Contact the seller directly for disputes regarding goods or services

5. Payment Disclaimer

YugaPe is a technology platform only. We do not hold, process, or transfer any funds. We are not a Payment Aggregator or Payment Gateway as defined by RBI guidelines. All payments are peer-to-peer UPI transactions between buyers and sellers. YugaPe has no liability for failed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use YugaPe for:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions
• Money laundering or hawala transactions
• Any activity that violates NPCI UPI guidelines

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

YugaPe and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to payment failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
